Activism & Craftivism with Sarah Corbett: a SOAS CU Discussion Event – Oct 5th

We have a seriously exciting event happening on Monday, 6 – 7.30pm at the main Russell Sq campus, room Meet 116!

What does it take to change the world?
Do activist techniques need rethinking and reimagining?

Come and hear about alternative methods of activism, followed by time for questions & discussion. Guest Speaker Sarah Corbett is an experienced activist, author and founder of the Craftivist Collective.

Sarah “is a passionate and inspirational speaker, who has delivered guest lectures at the prestigious Parsons News School (NYC) and Helskinki University amongst others. Sarah has also appeared as a guest on panel Q&As and participated in online events. She has spoken at a variety of different events including V&A conferences, Greenbelt Festival, Lost Lectures and TEDx.”
